- All rentals are for a full 3 day period.

– Full payment of the rental price is due to secure the costume for the dates requested.

– A refundable deposit must be paid on the day the costume is picked up.

– All costumes & accessories are assumed to be rented in perfect condition with the exception of any damages noted on the rental agreement prior to pick-up.

– The customer is responsible for any and all damages to rented merchandise. The cost of any damages will be deducted from the deposit.That amount will be determined by management and cannot exceed the amount of the deposit for that item.

– A late charge equaling one third of the rental price per day will be assessed on rentals not returned by the due date.
– There will be a $10.00 re-stocking fee for any rental cancellation.

– No refunds on rentals once they are recieved by the customer.

– The customer is responsible for insuring the completeness and fit of all merchandise before leaving.

Return / Exchange Policy

- No refunds on costumes or costume accessories. Exchange for size only within 72 hours of purchase. Must be accompanied by receipt.

– No refunds or exchanges on masks, wigs, tights, lingerie or makeup.

– No refunds or exchanges on special order items.

– Exchange or store credit for unopened and undamaged magic, gag, novelty and party items within three days from purchase. Must be accompanied by receipt.

– We reserve the right to amend our store policy to “All Sales Final” during the last days/weeks prior to Halloween.

- Please Allow 14 days for delivery.

– No refunds on special orders.

– If any item is not available by the due, the customer will recieve a full refund on that special order item only. No other refunds will be allowed.

– In the event that an item is not available, the customer may request a substitute item but is responsible for any additional price differences.
