Big Changes at Costume Castle

In an effort to constantly improve the customer experience Costume Castle has made major modifications. We have added three new service areas to better serve our customers. Makeup, rentals and a dedicated customer service counter. In addition to these service areas we have added two more registers to accommodate the larger Halloween customer surge and reduce wait time for checkout. The line queue area has been improved as well in an effort to improve the flow of the store and reduce confusion. Hats, shoes and wigs have had custom merchandise areas built and more floor space has been allotted to costumes to make finding those items easier and more efficient. Many other changes have been made in the back warehouse and storage areas throughout the store to create more room for more merchandise to ensure Costume Castle does not run out of key items.
